The Navanti Maghreb team was contracted to adapt and design an eLearning course to support the training of staff in Morocco. The project was implemented and rolled out together as a cornerstone of the project’s sustainability plan. The Navanti team applied expertise in instructional and graphic design, cultural, and linguistic knowledge of Morocco, and video/audio editing to create 26 comprehensive training modules. The goal was to provide new and existing personnel with the tools they need to establish and manage their learning process that provides Moroccan youth with the soft skills necessary to thrive in the evolving job market.
