(IBTCI) are excited to announce the launch of GEMS Associates LLC — Global Evaluation & Monitoring Services, a new joint venture that leverages the strengths of both companies. GEMS will operate as a small business with a significant impact, specializing in working in non-permissive environments and delivering tailored solutions to address complex challenges. With Navanti’s expertise in open-source intelligence and non-permissive operations, combined with IBTCI’s deep knowledge in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL), GEMS will provide comprehensive support to clients in the most difficult contexts.
