Fighting in Yemen’s Hudayda city led to the displacement of hundreds of thousands of residents over the summer. Some settled in makeshift shelters in urban areas, while others headed for IDP camps constructed by NGOs or Republic of Yemen Government (ROYG)-affiliated institutions.

Navanti Announces CEO Transition, Names Fred Payne Chief Executive Officer

Arlington, Virginia: Navanti announced that Andy Black, who founded the company in 2008 at the peak of the last recession, has decided to take a break after 10 years at the helm. The Board of Directors has appointed Fred Payne, formally the Chief Operating Officer and CFO, as Chief Executive Officer. This leadership change is effective immediately.
